Real Estate Sales Assistant (Full-time & Part-time)

We are giving you the opportunity to reach your full potential through internal training as well as working alongside one of our sales agents to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting the Director
  • Continuing to nurture existing clients
  • Attending inspections (open homes, final, building, pest inspections etc.)
  • General appointments and duties set by the sales agent
  • Liaising with clients
  • Assisting with Vendor, Buyer and Campaign Management
  • Attending any training as required

Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

  • Current and clear police check
  • Valid Certificate in Real Estate
  • Valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines and milestones
  • Excellent time management skills to manage various campaigns
  • Professional communication skills
  • A strong background in sales or customer service would be advantageous

This is a full-time position with some flexibility. Weekend open home assistance is paramount.
