Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Director
- Continuing to nurture existing clients
- Attending inspections (open homes, final, building, pest inspections etc.)
- General appointments and duties set by the sales agent
- Liaising with clients
- Assisting with Vendor, Buyer and Campaign Management
- Attending any training as required
Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
- Current and clear police check
- Valid Certificate in Real Estate
- Valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Acute attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines and milestones
- Excellent time management skills to manage various campaigns
- Professional communication skills
- A strong background in sales or customer service would be advantageous
This is a full-time position with some flexibility. Weekend open home assistance is paramount.
